What will you be doing?
Claims Coordinator
Dorking or Basingstoke
Hybrid
3 days per week in the office
What will you bring?
The Claims Coordinators provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers in all aspects of Claims Administration. To be successful in this position, you will:
- Be proactive, curious, and a confident communicator
- Have an excellent telephone manner, providing great customer service
- Speak to brokers, clients, claimants, or medical providers
- Have good attention to detail and work in a varied and fast-paced environment
- Be able to interpret information and make appropriate recommendations
- Work alone and autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a team
- Be able to use IT internal systems on a day-to-day basis
The successful Customer Service Advisors can expect:
