Our client, a recently acquired specialist software solutions business in the financial services sector, is seeking an Interim Managing Director to lead the business through post-acquisition improvement and growth over the next 12 months.
The company has been acquired by a private equity investor and requires a skilled leader to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results.
Key responsibilities for the Interim Managing Director:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to maximize revenue and market share
- Lead the executive team and work closely with stakeholders to drive operational excellence and financial performance
- Identify and capitalise on new strategic business opportunities in the financial services sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
