We are now recruiting for experienced Travel Consultants to join our team of experts at our store in Cobham.
Required qualifications and experience
- Experience of selling long haul destinations and tailor-made holidays.
- Exceptional customer service skills, driven by your passion for travel and motivated to meet and exceed your targets.
- GDS experience would also be an advantage.
- If you have experience of working in a target-driven environment as well as experience of travelling long haul, we’d be happy to hear from you too.
Compensation and benefits
- Uncapped commission scheme; average commission of £24K on top of base salary, with top performers averaging £55K in commission.
- OTE: in your 1st Year you can expect a minimum OTE of £35K rising to £39K in Year 2, depending on experience.
- 25 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days after 5 full years of service (+ bank holidays).

Training and development
- Initial 4-week interactive training period with our in-house training team.

Working hours
Travel Consultants work 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, from 9:00am to 6:00pm. In peak periods we may be open 9:00am to 9:00pm to meet customer demands.
