Business Development Manager
Location: London/South East
Salary: Competitive + Performance bonus
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to take ownership of new business development in target markets. This is a pivotal role where you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base, winning new maintenance contracts and projects, winning tenders, and establishing Trinity as a trusted partner across the FM sector and to the end user client.
Working for a national organisation, directly keeping lives and businesses safe and secure, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-moving, progressive environment where teamwork is valued.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and executing a growth strategy for winning work within the FM Market and outside across Government, NHS, Logistics, Commercial Property, universities, Councils, Retails amongst others
- Establishing trusted relationships with Estates directors, Contract managers, FM managers, Procurement teams and influencers
- Using internal companies within PTSG and leveraging their current relationships to obtain Fire works
- Bid and proposal management, ensuring that client requirements are translated into commercially sound offers.
- Representing the business at industry events, networking opportunities and bid presentations.
- Collaborating with operational teams to ensure a seamless handover from sale to delivery.
- Providing regular pipeline updates, market intelligence and growth plans to the Sales Director.
