Job Title: HoME Project Worker (Mental Health & Wellbeing Service)
Location: LinkLiving Edinburgh Office
Hours: 16 per week (pattern to be agreed)

About the HoME Service
HoME (Help on Managing Everything) provides intensive housing management to Link Housing Association tenants struggling to maintain their tenancies.

The Role
As a HoME Project Worker, you’ll provide practical and emotional support to tenants whose property conditions require specialist help. You’ll build positive relationships, support clients to maintain their homes, and work closely with Housing Officers and the wider Mental Health & Wellbeing Services team.

You’ll deliver tailored one-to-one support focused on client safety and wellbeing, requiring strong multi-agency collaboration.

About You
You’ll have:

A good general education
Experience supporting people with complex needs
Strong understanding of independent living skills
A positive, hands-on, non-judgemental approach
Excellent communication and IT skills
Knowledge of grants/resources for low-income individuals
Ability to build partnerships with voluntary/statutory organisations
A proactive, reflective, and team-oriented mindset
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
