Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Borehamwood, for an Entry Level Customer Engagement Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers directly, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer support inquiries, and maintaining clear and effective communication. The role will also involve using analytical skills to understand customer needs and improve service delivery.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
