Behaviour Mentor Location: Sutton Coldfield, B76 Pay Scale: £100 – £105 per day Duration: Ongoing Start Date: February 2025 Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday, Term Time Only Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm Long Term Futures is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Sutton Coldfield. This fulfilling role involves supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and behaviour challenges across KS1 and KS2, helping them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with behavioural and emotional needs. Implement behaviour management strategies to support a positive learning environment. Deliver targeted interventions that encourage confidence, resilience, and self-regulation. Build strong relationships with pupils, acting as a trusted mentor to support their development. Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to promote inclusion and engagement in the classroom. The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold relevant qualifications or have substantial experience as a Behaviour Mentor or similar role. Have a proven track record of supporting children with behavioural, social, or emotional difficulties. Be confident working with pupils across KS1 and KS2 in both individual and group settings.
