Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, and review person-centred care plans in line with best practice.
  • Deliver safe nursing care including medication administration, wound care, and clinical monitoring.

  • Build positive, professional relationships with residents and their families.

About You

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Previous experience working in a care home or similar clinical setting.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices and standards.
