Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in food manufacturing based in West Yorkshire?
Our client is looking for an mechanically biased Engineer to enhance the current team.
As the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be apprentice trained to NVQ level 3, working a 4 on 4 off pattern offering £47K per annum.

The role
Ensuring all manufacturing equipment is operating to the required standards to ensure safe operation and to maintain production requirements, quality standards and report to the maintenance manager.
Both reactive and planned maintenance on high-speed package machinery.
Full diagnosis and implement of corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Repair and maintenance of all machinery mechanically
Undertake machine start up and planned shutdowns as require
Suitable Candidate –
Apprentice trained to NVQ level 3 in maintenance engineering
Must be mechanically biased or multi-skilled
Experience within a food manufacturing environment
Ability to work within a team and be a team player
Strong communication skills with a can-do attitude
