We are recruiting on behalf of one of our long established client for a Workshop Operative to work in the Fabrication department of an engineering company based in Medway Towns . Your role will involve assisting the workshop section leader in all aspects of carrying out daily production tasks in a timely and efficient way, ensuring that client\’s needs and expectations are met. You will have experience of working in a metal workshop environment. Experience of operating machine tools such as Press Brake, Guillotine, Rollers etc. would be advantageous however not essential as training will be provided. In addition to this you will be a team player, proactive and be well organised. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 08.00 to 16.30 and Friday 08.00 to 15.30.
