Land Manager Energy / Renewables Location : Flexible ideally based in the North of England or Midlands. Work from home with occasional travel to sites and HQ. Salary : £55,000 – £65,000 (dependent on experience) plus car allowance, 10% bonus, and excellent benefits. As a Land Manager , your role will be pivotal in securing and managing land agreements to support renewable energy projects. Key responsibilities include: Building strong relationships and negotiating agreements with landowners, farmers, and forestry managers to secure sites for renewable energy developments. Working closely with internal teams, including legal , finance , planning , and engineering , as well as external consultants and contractors, to facilitate project progression.
