The ideal candidate will be physically fit, self-motivated, enthusiastic, dedicated and prepared to strive for top performance with attention to detail. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, have the ability to work under your own initiative and be a great team player.
Previous experience in the working on a broiler site is essential with a minimum Assistant Farm Manager level.
