Job Description
Part of the Topps Group, Parkside is a B2B porcelain, ceramic and natural stone tile specification company with over 500 designs on offer, and many exclusives, from some of the world’s most dynamic manufacturers. Whether for commercial, hospitality or high-end residential projects, Parkside’s knowledgeable team of architectural consultants are able to help specify the right products to match any design brief. With showrooms across the country and more to follow, the company has over 50 years’ combined experience in assisting the architecture and design community to create original and inventive interior projects.
Parkside are currently looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join the team! In this newly created role you will lead a team of Sales Support Coordinators overseeing the team to help develop how they manage and enhance relationships with key clients, ensuring client needs are met and business sales opportunities are maximised. Â The role will be responsible for developing the strategic thinking & client management to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth
The Role
- Lead and motivate the Team to maximise strong relationships with key clients.
- Identify opportunities for development within the team and conduct regular coaching and training sessions to enhance team skill
- Implement effective communication strategies to foster a positive team culture
- Work with the Group Stock Manager to set performance KPI’s for the team
- Be the key link with internal & external teams to drive our Parkside business forward
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience
- Manage and provide A-Star levels of support to our internal and external customers
- Monitor accounts/Team performance and provide regular updates to management via a KPI suit
- Track market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics, track service levels, and implement improvements
- Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Meet with Key clients to find better ways of working
- Spot growth opportunities and plan long-term account strategies.
- Act as the key point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring top-tier service and retention.
People/Leadership
- Foster a supportive team environment that promotes high-quality service and strong work ethic.

- Proven experience in an office manager/team leader role
- Strong levels of commercial acumen
