We are working on a very exciting new role with a leading global network infrastructure provider, with presence in the US, Europe, and Australia. Due to the sustained growth of the business, we are recruiting an experienced Technology/Telco lawyer to join the team at Senior Legal Counsel level. This is a brilliant opportunity, with plenty of opportunity for growth and development in a supportive and positive environment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE (and potentially much more) and excellent training gained in either private practice or in-house. They will have demonstrable experience in complex and high-value contract drafting and negotiation across a variety of technology contracts (including IT, software licensing, and telecommunications).

This is a high-performing, non-hierarchical team: they are based in Central London and work together in the office 3 days a week.
