Internal Sales Representative Location: Kingswinford Salary: £30,000 Negotiable + Bonus Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Type: Permanent, Office-Based Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique requirements. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor's activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.Required Experience: Proven track record of increasing sales and achieving agreed quarterly sales targets. Efficiently plan and manage time to effectively contact customers and potential customers via appropriate methods. Actively update activity records using the CRM system. Produce accurate quotes and orders for sales using our bespoke computer and app system.
