Your day-to-day:

Lead and oversee maintenance and repairs on our PCV fleet

Manage a team of engineers and technicians during your shift

Ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in workshop operations

Diagnose and solve complex mechanical and electrical faults

Communicate with Engineering Management to keep workflow smooth
What were looking for:
-
NVQ Level 3 in Bus & Coach or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)

Proven experience as a PCV Engineer or Chargehand in a busy workshop
-
Strong diagnostic & repair skills

Leadership or supervisory experience
-
IRTEC and/or PCV license is a plus (not essential)
