PCV Chargehand Day Shift | West London | £25-£27/hr + £3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule:4 on 4 off | 6am 6pm
Location:Southall, West London

Your day-to-day:

  • Lead and oversee maintenance and repairs on our PCV fleet

  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians during your shift

  • Ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in workshop operations

  • Diagnose and solve complex mechanical and electrical faults

  • Communicate with Engineering Management to keep workflow smooth

What were looking for:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Bus & Coach or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)

  • Proven experience as a PCV Engineer or Chargehand in a busy workshop

  • Strong diagnostic & repair skills

  • Leadership or supervisory experience

  • IRTEC and/or PCV license is a plus (not essential)
