Broadcast Support Engineer

Our client, a busy broadcast facility based in Buckinghamshire is looking for a Broadcast Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The company works across a range of broadcast & media including hosting live streams across sporting content, and supports multiple galleries, automated production, TV studios, and an MCR with extensive IP connectivity. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the live transmission chain within broadcast, experience with IT and networking infrastructure, and a knowledge of vision, sound, routing, communication, and computer systems in a television studio The support team works a 24/7 rota in a six-week pattern, which includes a week off, with additional night payments. This position is based fully on site with a mixture of shifts, including night shifts.
