Job Summary
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000, Depending on Experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Location:40 Grosvenor Place, London, SW1X 7AW (hybrid working)

What are we looking for?
In this role, you will lead on existing and new client relationships, account management and onboarding, act as a brand ambassador to promote Cleveland Clinic London (CCL) and relevant products and services.
This role will support the wider Business Development team, as well as developing commercial propositions and partnerships in defined portfolios that drive volume and revenue growth for Cleveland Clinic London. This includes ownership of overall engagement and planning of these groups.
You will report to a Business Development Manager and will partner with various teams across the organisation on various projects , including Head of Business Development/Head of Global Patient Services /Business Development Managers .
The areas the role can focus on will be: Sports, Medico-legal, International , but will also develop relationships and develop business in wider areas as required .

What will your duties include?
- Lead and develop tactics focussed around key areas of sports and medicolegal including international audiences as required.
- Supports strategic business relationships, partnerships and networking opportunities with key entities.
- Builds and delivers sales presentations to decision makers and /or supports the wider delivery of CCL representatives to prospective clients.
- Works in conjunction with events lead to develop an event schedule and support organisation of these events to support key portfolios
- Mentor support to Business Development Coordinator
- Supports Business Development Managers with:
- Targeting and developing appropriate prospects for new business through networking and utilisation of basic sales/consultation skills.
- Responding to and where appropriate writing RFPs
- Representation of CCL at trade fairs, seminars and educational conferences where networking and marketing and/or business opportunities exist
- Presentations to decision-makers and/or assists in the coordination and delivery of CCL representatives to prospects/clients.
- Supports sports relationships
- Supports CCL facility and tour schedules
- Support the head of Business Development and collaborate with the wider BD team on all key initiatives to drive growth for CCL.
- Other duties as assigned.
What we need from you?
- Demonstrable track record of one or more roles in management of healthcare services
(essential). - Experience in corporate healthcare services/ healthcare sector
(desirable) - Previous experience developing key accounts with corporate stakeholders
(highly desirable) - Previous experience supporting trade fairs, networking events and similar business development activities is
(essential).
