Address client billing queries with clear explanations and prompt issue resolution.

Collaborate with the Team Manager and Account Managers to resolve client queries

Manage client complaints/queries ensuring query resolution procedure is followed

Manage the acceptance process and support successful registration of supplies

Prepare templated monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting as per the agreed workplan

Experience of inputting data and using databases on a day-to-day basis
