What You\’ll Be Doing

Lead bids from Expression of Interest (EOI) to Invitation to Tender (ITT) in collaboration with our Defence & Aerospace teams.
Own the management of qualified frameworks, tender portals, and submission schedules.
Coordinate stakeholders across technical, legal, commercial, and BD to deliver cohesive, high-quality proposals.
Draft and review critical documentspricing schedules, capability statements, compliance matrices, and more.
Maintain strong oversight of internal bid gateways (Bid/No-Bid, Price Reviews, QA), ensuring compliance at every step.
Drive continuous improvement: capture feedback, refine our bid library, and mentor junior team members.
Use tools like Excel, Microsoft Co-pilot, and CRM platforms to streamline workflow and boost impact.

What You Bring

Experience leading bids within the UK defence sector, ideally with knowledge of MOD procurement frameworks (e.g., DSP, Curtis Fitch, Delta).
Strong editorial and organisational skills, with an eye for compliance and detail.
High commercial acumen and confidence navigating the complexities of defence contracting.
Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (or already cleared).

Bonus Points If You Have

APMP Foundation certification (or above)
