Job Description
The Senior Compliance Monitoring Advisor is responsible for leading and delivering effective compliance monitoring reviews across the business, ensuring robust oversight of regulatory adherence. The role holder will provide robust assurance that regulatory risks are being managed effectively, and they will produce outputs that support regulatory confidence. The Advisor will contribute to the design, development, and execution of the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP), while mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Experience of working and delivering in a regulated environment
- Experience of working with regulatory requirements for consumer credit and payment services regulations
- Effectiveness assessment and review of the application of risk controls in documented reviews
- Good working knowledge of legislation and regulations
- Good application of excel, word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, writing and engagement skills
- Customer focussed with experience in customer journey design and assessment skills
- Strong in analytical skills and is pragmatic, and systematic in their approach
- Ability to engage and negotiate stakeholders at an appropriate level
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a wider team
