Part of London+Regional Hotels (L+R), The Lensbury Resort is located on the banks of the River Thames at Teddington. It\’s home to an exclusive leisure club, 155 bedroom hotel, conference centre, restaurant and bar, spa and 25 acres of gardens and grounds.
The Role
The Member Engagement Marketing Executive will execute the member engagement marketing plans with local activity to engage, inform and retain while drive incremental revenue from our club members. The Member Engagement Marketing Executive will work closely with team members across the business to ensure members are fully informed and are able to get the most from their membership at The Lensbury Club.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver inspiring weekly emails to keep members informed and engaged.
- Drive excitement and attendance for key events like Fireworks Night and the Summer Festival
- Support member referral and acquisition campaigns.
- Manage posters, digital screens, and updates to our app and website to ensure timely communcittion of relevant member information promoting club activities and offerings
- Contribute to the production of our bi-annual members’ magazine TIDAL
- Create inspiring, engaging written and visual content while upholding brand standards
- Report on campaign results
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance member engagement and revenue
- Support departments across the business with promotional plans and marketing assets
- Identify and manage relationships with micro/local influencers and brand ambassadors, ensuring they effectively amplify The Lensbury Club brand.
- Deliver local new member acquisition marketing activity, including direct mail campaigns, leaflet drops, local digital platforms, influencer engagement, and brand ambassador initiatives
- Support the membership sales team with referral-driven activity.

What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviours, skills, and values:
- Excellent communicator with strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail
- Experience working with CMS and/or CRM/email marketing platforms
- Experience working with Canva/Photoshop and/or other asset creation tools is desirable
- A passion for health, wellness and fitness
- Creative eye with photography and/or videography skills is highly desirable
