Job Description

Reconciliations & Banking – Team Leader

Location: Bath
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + bonus

We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Reconciliations & Banking team. You'll oversee daily reconciliations of client money and assets, manage payments, and ensure compliance with CASS regulations. This role combines operational oversight with team leadership, driving accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Oversee reconciliations, payment processing, and control checks
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and resolve escalated queries
  • Collaborate across departments to meet SLAs and KPIs

  • Financial services experience with CASS knowledge (Desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
