Overview Senior / Lead Recruitment Consultant – Tech
We\’re partnering with a boutique, tech-specialist recruitment agency rooted in honesty, transparency, and real relationships. Located in Manchester, their growing 10-person team has just concluded its best quarter yet and is executing an ambitious rebrand heading into 2025. They are backed by hands-on directors and focused on a consultative, relationship-driven service.

Role & Responsibilities
Lead Consultant – lead the desk, grow the team long-term
What Youll Be Doing
Manage and grow a full 360 recruitment desk
Consult with clients across a range of tech markets with trust and clarity
Support team and take part in senior-level discussions and strategy
What You Bring
Experience : 9–12+ months in 360 recruitment
Cross-sector Talent : Moving from other sectors is welcome
Passion for relationships : You appreciate consultative recruitment over transactional placement
Consistency over flash billings : Steady performance is prized
