Senior HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real impact? HR Now is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to deliver exceptional HR and recruitment support to our clients and team.

In this varied role, you’ll provide first‑line HR advice, manage recruitment campaigns, and support a wide range of HR consultancy activities. You’ll also play an important part in our specialist recruitment service, Recruit Now, helping to deliver technology‑driven solutions and best practice for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing recruitment campaigns for clients and internal roles
  • Supporting the delivery and development of Recruit Now, our specialist recruitment service
  • Providing HR advice and support on employee relations, policies, and processes
  • Drafting HR documents, conducting salary reviews, and producing HR reports
  • Championing the use of AI and technology to enhance HR and recruitment processes
  • Delivering and managing training sessions on recruitment and HR best practice
  • Overseeing social media content for recruitment campaigns

What you’ll bring:

  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) or equivalent HR qualification
  • Experience in recruitment and HR administration
  • Knowledge of HR technology, including AI solutions and Microsoft Copilot
  • Excellent client service, organisational, and communication skills
  • A proactive, innovative approach and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Commitment to inclusive recruitment and reducing bias through technology and best practice
  • Entitled to work status and a driving licence preferred
