We are looking for experienced Platform Engineers to join our team following continuous growth and success in the NNCC (National Network Cyber Centre) team.

Core Experience & Skills
Applicants should demonstrate most of the following experience to be considered:
- Kubernetes: Hands-on experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting workloads in Kubernetes environments.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Working knowledge of at least some of the following: Ansible, Helm, Terraform – used to manage infrastructure repeatably and reliably.
- Containerisation: Solid understanding of Docker, with experience building, deploying, and managing containerised applications.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Experience designing or maintaining build and release pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
- Operating Systems: Proficiency in Linux environments, including scripting in Bash and/or Python for automation and tooling.
- Open Source Technologies: Familiarity with tools like Kafka, Elasticsearch, Grafana, or Prometheus for logging, monitoring, and streaming use cases.
- Version Control: Proficient in using Git for source code management, including branching strategies and code reviews.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Candidates meeting the core requirements will stand out if they also have experience with any of the following:
- Cloud Platforms: Practical use of cloud services, particularly AWS, with exposure to services like EC2, S3, IAM, EKS, etc.
- Virtualisation: Exposure to virtualisation platforms such as Proxmox or VMware in lab or production environments.
- Agile Environments: Comfortable working as part of a team using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
