Business Analysis Practice Lead London / Milton Keynes to £105k

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with strong TOM design skills combined with leadership experience?

You could be progressing your career in senior / management level role at one of the country\’s leading PropTech sites that have revolutionised the way we find property for rent and sale with millions of users per day.

As a Business Analysis Practice Lead you\’ll be hands-on in redesigning TOM (Target Operating Models) in respect of how the company works with B2B customers whilst also providing line management and guidance to a team of five Business Analysts, working across various business teams. You\’ll represent B2B within the technology teams, contributing to product and technical strategy.

Location / WFH:

You\’ll split your time between London and Milton Keynes (one day at each office per week) with the other three days work from home.

About you:

• You are an experienced Business Analyst within web, retail, eCommerce type environments
• You\’re tech savvy and able to represent the business within technology teams
• You have experience with Target Operating Model (TOM) design
• You have B2B experience and are skilled at developing client relationships
• You have advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
