The Chief Exec is looking for an experienced, hard-working EA with a fantastic skill-set who is capable of hitting the ground running to add immediate value to his professional life and the smooth running of the club office. The role will be full-on, fast-paced and will involve juggling a large work-load with meticulous attention to detail, sensitivity and a confident and calm approach.
The role will involve complex diary and inbox management, extensive minute-taking, board papers, agendas, following up on actions, proof-reading copy, writing correspondence, analysing current systems and bettering them where possible, drawing-up and writing club policies, setting up meetings, creating and attending events, plus you will also be responsible for line-managing a team of two.
This will be a client-facing role involving regular contact with members, employees and suppliers. This person will play an integral role within the club and professional appearances and fantastic communication skills are paramount.
The ideal candidate offers emotional intelligence, meticulous attention to detail, very strong spoken and written English, a solid EA background, and a welcoming and professional demeanour. This person must be capable of holding their own charmingly and courteously.
This would suit someone with a solid EA background from a transferable industry such as Education/Government/Politics/Military and Hospitality.
