Mode Search is exclusively partnered with a privately owned Luxury Brand in their search for a Head of Marketing.

This brand is always at the forefront of fashion trends and is known for its unique take on luxury fashion. This is a brand-new role for the brand. You would be reporting directly to the VP.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead all marketing and client initiatives across retail, web, client, press, and digital channels to enhance the customer journey.
  2. Oversee brand communications and ensure alignment with key marketing moments and brand partnerships.
  3. Drive audience growth, acquisition, and retention through traditional and digital marketing channels.
  4. Manage the marketing budget and collaborate on digital strategies with eCommerce teams.
  5. Set content direction and collaborate with internal and external creative teams.
  6. Develop and implement client engagement strategies in partnership with CRM teams to acquire, retain, and reward clients.
  7. Work with PR agencies to execute impactful press and event activations, fostering strong press relationships.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in fashion or luxury retail marketing.
  2. Proven leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  3. Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  4. Passion for luxury fashion and a commercial mindset.
  5. Ability to manage complex brand relationships and deliver measurable outcomes.
