Pure Staff have a fantastic opportunity for HGV Class 1 Drivers based in Worcester.
Pure Staff specialise in the recruitment of HGV drivers for the logistics distribution and supply chain industry and have clients based all over England, Wales and Scotland. We offer drivers work that suits their needs, suitability, and personal lives.
There will be a mixture of doing both Class 2-yard shunting and Class 1 trunk runs to Chepstow which the driver is expected to do both.
Shift patterns will be either Monday to Friday OR Sunday to Thursday.
We are looking for HGV Class 1 Night Drivers who can meet the below specifications:
Job Specifications:
- Yard shunting of Class 2 vehicles
- Class 1 trunk run to Chepstow
- Start times will range between 18.00-22.00
- Daily Vehicle checks.
- A professional manner when dealing with the end customer.
The ideal candidate:
- HGV Class 1 Licence
- At least 6 months Class 1 driving experience required
- Will be physically fit as you will be climbing in and out of vehicles and walking around the yard
- a Valid Digital tacho card.
- a Valid CPC.
- Clean Driving Licence with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD codes)
HGV Class 1 night drivers pay rate is £18.44 per hour for all days.
Please note, the above rate quoted does not include holiday pay as holiday pay is paid separately when you book annual leave.
Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or or Payroll Processing Fees.
