Your new schoolYou will be employed by Hays Education in Stoke-on-Trent, who supply short and long-term teaching cover to schools covering the whole of the Staffordshire area. We are looking for passionate primary school supply teachers who are adaptable and willing to work in a variety of schools with a strong passion for education.
Your new roleWe are looking for a creative teacher who will be willing to adapt and work in a variety of schools and year groups. As a primary school supply teacher you will cover day-to-day supply or long-term cover positions. We are looking for candidates who are ECTs or experienced teachers that hold QTS. The ideal candidate must have good behaviour management, be adaptable and flexible, have confident knowledge of the curriculum and have the ability to engage pupils in teaching and learning.
What you’ll need to succeedTo be successful you must hold QTS. You will need to be motivated to deliver engaging lessons to a high standard. There is also a large emphasis on adaptability as you will be working in different school environments day-to-day, with different members of staff and pupils whilst still delivering high-quality teaching. You will be expected to alter your teaching and behaviour styles to each individual school policies.
