Job Description
MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Houghton area.MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position in production and assembly.The Job You'll Do:Assemble electronic circuit boards and perform soldering tasks in line with production drawingsInspect and test PCB assemblies and final products to ensure they meet quality standardsCarry out final system assembly, including cabling, chassis build, and packaging in a clean environmentAccurately pack finished units, prepare for dispatch, and support stock managementMaintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with ISO9001, IPC610, and J-STD standardsAbout You:Ideally, possess experience in an SMT facility or manufacturing environment.Willingness to learn new skills required to operate the SMT line.Strong team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Excellent attention to detail, good eyesight, and dexterity for accurate performance of repetitive tasks.Reliable and flexible approach to work, with a keen willingness to learn and develop new skills.Benefits and Rewards.Opportunities for skill development through on-the-job training and continuous support.Onsite parkingOngoing position with opportunities to become a permanent employeeThe Hours You'll Work:08:00am to 16:30pm, Monday to Thursday08:00am to 15:00pm, FridayThe Pay You'll Receive:£12.57 Per HourTPBN1_UKTJ
