This Director role will be a senior figure in the European Leveraged Finance Origination business, which will drive MLA underwriting flow from the PE community and support the distribution strategy where the bank are Bookrunners.
The role works as part of the wider Leveraged Finance business where you will provide strategic support and take a lead role in deal execution.
Required:
- Proven track record in Leveraged Finance from a Bank, Fund or Adviser
- Sound understanding of banking products (loans, bonds, private placement, ABL lines)
- Familiarity with capital market products and processes – most particularly HYB (FRN and Fixed Notes), Convertibles etc
- Detailed understanding and demonstrative practical experience of sub investment grade cash flow modelling and documentation
- Knowledge of investor base in leveraged loans
