Company description: Emirates is looking for Synthetic Flight Instructors (SFI) – Boeing to join its pilot training team at the industry-leading Emirates Training College. Operating from our world-class training college in Dubai, Synthetic Flight Instructors are an integral part of the pilot training team. This position is responsible for delivering training using Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD) and conducting ground school instruction in accordance with GCAA regulations and Emirates standards, using state-of-the-art simulators replicating the flying experience of our Boeing 777, Airbus A350, and signature Airbus A380 aircraft. This role includes in-simulator and on-ground instruction, lesson preparation, pre-and post-flight briefings, report writing and assessments.
