CNC Grinder

• Must have over 3 years working experience as a CNC Grinder

• Proven experience as a cylindrical and surface grinder operator in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Strong understanding of grinding principles, techniques, and tooling.

• Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometres, calliper’s, and gauges.

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot machine issues. Excellent attention to detail and quality consciousness.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Commitment to safety, adherence to procedures, and maintaining a clean work environment

• Vocational training or apprenticeship in machining, tool making, or related field preferred.

The successful CNC Grinder, Cylindrical and Surface Grinder Operator plays a crucial role in the precision engineering team, responsible for operating and maintaining grinding machines to produce high-quality components. This role involves setting up machines, interpreting technical drawings, and executing grinding operations according to precise specifications. • Setting and operating: 3 years (preferred)
