Job Description

Our client, a major US firm, is looking for an Interim Senior Employment Lawyer to join their team for 9 months!

They are open to candidates with either in-house or private practice experience and are looking to conduct interviews in December!

Client:

  • A US firm that works predominantly with tech companies at all stages.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise on employment aspects of domestic and international corporate transactions and business re-organisations, including TUPE Regulations. lenders.
  • Advise clients on a broad range of day-to-day employment matters, including:
  • employment and consulting agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants, redundancy processes, employee retention, employment disputes, senior executive terminations, harmonisation of terms and conditions of employment

Ideal candidate:

  • 5+ PQE in employment law.
  • Candidates with either in-house or private practice experience.

Key details:

  • Location: The Office is based in London
  • Days: Full-time / 3 days in the office per week.
  • Start Date: Mid-January
  • Duration: 9 months
