The Role: We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Graduate Bid Proposal & Contract Writer to work in our Commercial Team, based in Head Office. The primary role of a Bid Co-ordinator/Writer will be to effectively administer the tender process, the pre-qualifications and tendering & commercial proposals processes for a wide range of current and potential customers. You will also be expected to provide analysis of critical business information and provision of high quality, relevant and timely reports to support business decision making. Applicants should have: Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work to tight deadlines and deal with customer requirements in a professional manner. Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. SQA Higher or equivalent in English & Maths is essential. High level of literacy and excellent writing skills (essential) Graduate in the Legal, Finance or Arts sector (preferred)GAP Hire Solutions now has 10 divisions offering the hire of equipment throughout the UK.
