Job Title: Road Freight Operations Manager. Location: Basildon, Essex Hours: 9:00 -17.30 pm, Salary £(phone number removed).pa Our client is a leading, award-winning freight forwarding and domestic logistics & transport company who are now seeking to appoint an experienced road freight operations manager to their dynamic team based in Basildon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background dealing with both European road freight operations (import & export) as well as domestic UK transport. A CPC Holder is preferred but not essential. Freight Forwarding experience is essential and managing a small team of road freight operators drivers and planners. Benefits : Annual leave; 31 days. Increases after 3 years service by 1 day a year, up to a further 5 days. Volunteer Day: Additional 1 day per year paid to give back to the local community.
