Banking & Finance Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE sought for Top 50 UK law firm
The Opportunity
Our client, a Top 50 UK law firm, is seeking an ambitious Banking Solicitor to join their London team. You’ll work on a broad spread of complex transactions including:
- Acquisition finance
- Asset-based lending
- Project finance
- General corporate lending
The team act for UK clearing banks, specialist lenders and PE houses as well as borrowers across the UK, Europe and North America.
You’ll be drafting facility agreements, structuring deals, negotiating terms, and managing transactions end to end — collaborating closely with senior lawyers and partners from day one.
