Caralex Recruitment Limited havebeen asked to recruit a Land Manager for a housebuilder based in Staffordshire.
The role will be to source appropriate sites to buy that meets the Companys criteria.There is a planning team in place ready to deal with much of the processing, freeing up the land team to network and do deals.The patch is Staffordshire, the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire.
You will ideally be a Land Manager or Land Buyer with a residential developer and ready to move to a company that has the budget and appetite to buy sites.
You will be keen to network and work with existing and new contacts to proactively bring land to the business. A land bonus is in place for each site successfully acquired.
