We are on the lookout for a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic General Manager for Seamill Hydro Hotel & Resort. We are looking for a General Manager who can inspire, lead and develop a fantastic team of hospitality professionals to deliver excellent guest experiences. We take pride in looking after both our team and our guests, and your role will be critical in delivering this across the hotel. The venue boasts stunning event spaces with unique views of the Ayrshire coast and Arran, great bedroom stock, two restaurants, a leisure club and more. The ideal General Manager will lead from the front and this will be include being operational within all F&B areas. As part of the RAD Hotel Group, you will benefit from support services at our Head Office and skilled professionals who can resolve problems or challenges you face. You\’ll be responsible for: Effective management of rotas, employee relations issues and recruitment Accountable for developing a successful team and development planning Ensuring the hotel is meeting and exceeding our guests expectations Ensuring any issues in the hotel are effectively resolved Ensuring the business is hitting targets in labour, revenue, GP\’s and other KPI\’s Being the host and figurehead of the venue, supporting the smooth running of the operation Leading from the front and having a hands-on approach A focus on maximising revenue and profitability whilst ensuring the highest possible level of the guest experience What you’ll need: Previous experience at General Manager or Operations Manager level within a 3 or 4 star property In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry Excellent communication skills and exceptional leadership Proven track record in recruitment and developing a team Demonstrate a track record of managing a successful operation in the hospitality sector What we’ll offer you: A competitive rate of pay which is negotiable depending on experience Discounts across all 9 RAD Hotel Group venues Uniform provided Training and development opportunities Length of service incentive Birthday Incentive Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 48 per week Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Hospitality #J-18808-Ljbffr
