We’re working with a well-established membership body based in the City of London, who are looking for a detail-focused Examinations Officer to support their busy assessment cycle. This is a great opportunity for someone with academic administration or exams experience to join a collaborative team and make an immediate impact.

💥 As an Examinations Officer, you will:

Coordinate and schedule professional membership exams in line with awarding body requirements

Maintain accurate candidate records and oversee exam administration

Prepare and distribute exam materials and schedules

Liaise with internal departments, invigilators, and external exam boards

Ensure compliance with JCQ and membership body exam policies

Support the delivery of results and any post-assessment services
