Our client, a well-established and growing logistics company, is seeking a Sales and Development Executive to join their friendly and dynamic team on a permanent basis in Purfleet. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a strong background in freight forwarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities using both self-generated leads and those provided by the Sales and Operations teams.
  • Drive sales growth across import and export services.
  • Work flexibly between office-based and field-based responsibilities.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the team and business objectives.

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the global freight industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and a results-driven mindset.
