General Manager
Coming in early 2025, Moorhill is one of Hartford Care’s newest care homes and will be situated in the city of Southampton.
In preparation for the opening of this new home, we are now actively looking to recruit a Home Manager who will manage all the operational and financial aspects of the home. The Home Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the home is compliant with the relevant legislation and standards through continual monitoring and practical support.
We are seeking someone who can lead and inspire our dedicated staff team to ensure we continue to provide outstanding, truly personalised care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Home or General Manager in a similar setting and must be able to demonstrate good leadership qualities, have a hands-on approach to care, be forward-thinking, and have a good knowledge of the care standards legislation including Fundamental Standards.
We are looking for someone who has either completed or would be willing to undertake their NVQ/Diploma level 5 in Leadership and Management.
