The Opportunity:As a Senior Designer, you’ll be a key driver in producing high-impact, end-to-end creative across digital, print, packaging, and video. From campaign ideation to art direction, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Senior Creative Lead, agencies, and cross-functional teams to ignite brand relevance and connect emotionally with our customers.You’ll be part of a vibrant, creative marketing team in a business where FMCG meets retail and no two days are the same. We’re collaborative, agile, and obsessed with designing moments of joy

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Campaign Creative

• Lead end-to-end campaign design across digital, print, and packaging.• Shape big ideas into bold, brand-right creative for the UK & Ireland.• Adapt global assets with local flair while pushing creative boundaries.

Digital & Motion Design

• Design standout assets for email, web, app, and social.• Bring campaigns to life with motion graphics, GIFs, and interactive elements.• Optimise creative for UX, performance, and engagement.

Photo & Video

• Direct shoots from concept to post-production.• Capture crave-worthy content that tells our story and drives desire.

Creative Ops & Leadership

• Manage studio workflows and timelines.• Mentor agencies/freelancers and guide quality output.• Collaborate with copywriters for cohesive messaging.

What we’re looking for:• 6+ years’ experience in design (in-house or agency), across print, packaging, digital and motion• A stellar portfolio showcasing campaign ideation, bold brand thinking, and hands-on design craft• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)• A strong grasp of UX principles and design performance in digital environments• Experience in art directing shoots and working with photographers/videographers• Highly organised, proactive, collaborative and able to juggle multiple creative projects at once• Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and a positive, can-do energy
