We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Audit Controller on behalf of our client based in Tonbridge, Kent. This is a permanent position with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing inventory and stock audit processes within a dynamic warehouse environment. Your role will support the logistics operations team in ensuring accurate stock control, compliance, and reporting across the business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year+ warehouse experience, ideally in a Retail or Multi-Channel environment

  • 1 year+ stock inventory or auditing experience in a warehouse setting

  • Experience across all end-to-end logistics operations

  • Proven ability to meet targets and work in a KPI-driven environment

  • Solid experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP platforms

    • Microsoft NAV experience beneficial

    • Basic Excel skills required

  • Strong communication and analytical abilities

  • Forklift license and/or experience is essential

  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organisation
