Adult's Domiciliary Support Worker (CQC)

The Role As an Adult Support Worker, you will: · Provide tailored support to meet the individual needs of adults in our care. · Assist with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and household tasks. · Encourage and promote independence by supporting life skills and social activities. · Build positive relationships to foster emotional well-being and confidence. · Manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. · Ensure all care and support aligns with CQC standards and safeguarding protocols. What We're Looking For · Individuals who are dedicated to supporting adults to achieve their full potential. · Must have previous experience in a care or support role or a CQC regulated setting · Understanding on CQC standards and procedures · Are resilient, patient, and adaptable to varying needs and situations. Requirements: · Must have an enhanced Adult and Child DBS that is registered on the update service or must be willing to obtain one. · NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this. · Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays How to Apply Ready to make a difference?
