Payroll & Business Support Coordinator Salary: Grade 5, £36,032 per annum Hours: Full time (37 hours per week) Enhanced Annual Leave: 25 days per annum (plus bank holidays & Christmas shutdown) Annualised Hours: Working extra hours means taking extra leave! Are you looking for an exciting and varied role where you will be working within an ambitious team to ensure high quality support is delivered to our staff and line managers? Where you will cover the full payroll lifecycle, handling third party benefits, support the learning & development team, and engage with staff on their day to day queries? Where you are supported in developing your experience and knowledge to further your career? Do you have experience of working within a HR / payroll team, inputting system changes directly and reviewing output data? Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills? If you answered yes to the questions above, then you should apply for this opportunity at South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse District Councils, where you will: • Support the reconciliation of monthly payrolls including; data input checks, querying net to net variances, calculating salary changes • Support the Learning & Development team; responding to queries, processing formal learning requests, data cleansing • Provide key support to the implementation and maintenance of HR, Learning and Recruitment platforms, • Administer all benefits schemes and third-party payments arising from monthly payroll including; LGPS pension scheme, childcare vouchers • Assist in year-end payroll activities, including implementation of pay scales, system data cleansing, alabaster A full list of the important duties this role provides can be found attached within the Payroll and Business Support Coordinator job description.
