The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Head of Product Engineering to lead a global team of developers, cryptographers, mathematicians, and strategists in the creation of world-class blockchain products. In this pivotal role, you will work alongside top talent to define and execute the technology strategy and technical roadmap for our blockchain solutions.
As a key member of our Global Blockchain Leadership Team , you will leverage your deep technical expertise and collaborative mindset to drive the development of blockchain applications, providing transformative solutions for our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and guide a global product engineering team working on innovative blockchain solutions.
- Define the technology strategy, architecture, and technical roadmap for blockchain products.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration to align technical and business goals.
- Make critical infrastructure and technology decisions to ensure product scalability and performance.
- Drive an agile, innovative, and inclusive culture within the team.
- Report on project progress and guide strategic decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to high standards for quality, risk management, and independence.
What You Need to Succeed
- 10-15 years of experience in technical roles, with a proven track record in public blockchain development.
- 4-5 years of experience leading product development teams focused on enterprise SaaS applications.
- Experience managing Agile teams in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Additional Requirements
- Hybrid work structure: Expected to work from the London office 2-3 days per week.
