Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join an innovative team focused on data and customer experience. In this role, you will turn raw behavioural and commercial data into actionable insights that help the Marketing, Trading, Product, and Retail teams make confident, data-driven decisions.

You will own end-to-end analysis: translating open-ended business questions into analytical briefs, conducting the analysis, and providing clear recommendations. Additionally, you will design experiments, create measurement frameworks, and collaborate across teams to ensure data-driven projects run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • End-to-End Analysis: Translate business questions into analytical briefs, run the analysis, and provide clear recommendations.
  • Experiment Design: Design A/B tests and causal inference studies (e.g., lift analysis, hold-out tests) and communicate results effectively.
  • Measurement Frameworks: Define KPIs and develop measurement plans for new initiatives to ensure every launch has clear success metrics.
  • Data Foundations: Work with Engineering teams to create accurate data sets, automate data checks, and ensure smooth data integration.
  • Self-Serve Analytics: Develop and maintain live dashboards, document datasets, and provide training to enable self-service analytics across the company.

What We’re Looking For:

  • SQL Expertise: Strong experience writing and optimizing queries, particularly in Snowflake, and comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Product Analytics Tools: Proficiency in platforms such as Heap, Amplitude, or Mixpanel, with experience setting up events, funnels, and cohorts from scratch.
  • Statistical Knowledge: A solid understanding of A/B testing, experiment design, and causal inference. You can identify when a result is actionable and meaningful.
  • Measurement Mindset: Experience building tracking plans and KPI frameworks, allowing teams to measure success before launching new projects.
  • Data Modelling: Experience modelling data in tools like dbt, automating data checks, and ensuring data accuracy as the data feeds scale.

Why Us?

  • Flexible Working: Hybrid working arrangement with flexibility to work from home.
  • Generous Benefits: 30 days annual leave, plus paid holidays for volunteering.
  • Wellness & Perks: Free on-site gym, wellness area with saunas and ice baths, free therapy sessions, and private medical insurance for you and your loved ones.
  • Growth Opportunities: Access to our Academy, mentorship from industry experts, and a paid Employee Referral Scheme.
  • Work-Life Balance: Two weeks of remote work each year (summer and Christmas), and an electric car scheme with onsite charging.
